Did someone say business-funded beach getaway? Join us for our next Members-Only Event in beautiful Fort Walton Beach — home to white sand beaches, great restaurants, cold drinks, local shops, and a chance to step away from the daily grind while still investing in your business and yourself.
On the mornings of the 28th and 29th, we'll be hosting an open workshop from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with breakfast provided each day. After that, the afternoons and evenings are yours to enjoy however you'd like. Bring the spouse, relax on the beach, network with other owners, or just recharge.
This is not fluff or motivational theory. This is hands-on collaboration with other business owners working through real-world problems together.

Having the crew with us at the WWETT Show was an incredible experience from start to finish. Between a few great dinners, a lot of laughs, strong conversations, and an outstanding sales training led by Mitch Smedley, the trip was more than just another industry event — it was a chance to grow together as a team and sharpen our skills for the season ahead.
One of the best parts of the event was seeing the collaboration between members from different companies and backgrounds. Guys were openly sharing ideas, talking through challenges, discussing what's working in their businesses, and helping each other improve. Those kinds of conversations are hard to put a price on, and they're a big part of what makes these events so valuable.

Back to Vegas for an unforgettable marketing masterclass! Held at Mandalay Bay, this event focused on the critical topic of marketing excellence in the trades industry. Attendees learned how to identify trustworthy marketing partners, spot red flags in marketing contracts, and hold agencies accountable for results. Our expert speakers shared real-world insights on digital marketing strategies, brand building, and avoiding common marketing pitfalls. The event combined educational sessions with networking opportunities and showcased the importance of strategic marketing partnerships in business growth.

Whenever you have Roger Wakefield speaking at your event the pressure is on to make it great. Well...it was! A full day of how to create great content and then use that content on social media to generate work. A wealth of knowledge in addition to content creation was shared by all who spoke. The conversations during the breaks, over cocktails, and during the Trade Wins only dinner were probably better than the event itself. These events get better and better every year, we can't wait until the next one!

Summer getaway or business event? Why can't it be both? It was, and it was great. Despite the rain we still had a ton of time out on the water with the Trade Wins members. Some learned to wake surf, some learned to wake board, and while they were the rest of us were on the boat sharing ideas, strategies, and learning the ins and outs of each other's businesses. Keith Gause who spoke to us in the evenings was along for the ride and shared a wealth of knowledge during the times out on the water and even in the pools at the local watering holes. He spoke not just about finance but about the why, why we do it, why we risk it, and why certain things hold us back. We all worked on how to break down our own walls and be able to move forward with our businesses. Between the fishing, the boating, and the beers a great wealth of knowledge was shared and gained, honestly one of the most in depth events we've had the privilege to host. Thanks to everyone who was involved!

Vegas baby! The only thing better than getting somewhere warm in the winter for a few days, is allowing your business to pay for it. The members only event held at Mandalay Bay wasn't just educational but a lot of fun. David spoke about how to leverage your past to propel you into the future. Mitch spoke about being intentional with the customer experience you want within your company. Doug Mitchell taught on the sales process and sales structure within business. Jacob Stahler shared how to get out of your own way and put systems in place to grow. The best conversations were shared over dinners, drinks, and maybe a few game tables. What happened in Vegas did not stay this time, the relationships built and the knowledge shared will benefit all of us for a long, long time. Thank You to all that were able to make it! This event is probably going to be held every year. It was fantastic!

What a great time in Kansas City for the 1st Trade Wins meet-up. An extremely busy day, 8 speakers sharing an abundance of knowledge in their area of expertise. From how to handle stress, how to handle cash flow so that it works for you, how to get over tough situations, and how to close sales. Some of the best exchange of ideas was had during the breaks and meals. Void listeners and Trade Wins members alike sharing what works for them and what doesn't. The gathering Friday night was for trade Wins members only and was a great opportunity to really dive into business topics. Mitch and David are extremely humbled by how many people took time out of their busy schedules to be a part of the very 1st event. With 60+ people attending it was a great success! Thank you to everyone that helped make it happen!
