Daniel Bianchi is the owner of Dandy Plumbing Solutions. They’re located in the south suburbs of Chicago. He’s been married for 13 years with 2 daughters and 2 dogs.
This year will mark 20 years in the plumbing industry for Dan and 5 years as a business owner. As a plumber he’s done work on everything from new homes to 40+ story high rises in downtown Chicago. New construction and service, he hasn’t seen everything but he’s seen a lot.
His original plan was to go slow and steady when opening his business but things didn’t go as planned and he ended up doing a cannonball into the entrepreneurial ocean. This year his company has grown to 2 vans and 3 plumbers providing quality service around the Chicagoland area.
Tradewins has been absolutely pivotal in the growth of my company and I look forward to talking about it at the event.
Tristan Lanz, originally from Fairbury, IL, but lives in Dresden, TN. He owns and operates Tennessee’s Choice Plumbing, they service all of northwest Tennessee. He’s worked for a company with over 100 employees and one as small as three, learning so much from both.
On a whim he started his business with a coworker. They built a small business and decided to go separate ways. Since, he’s grown the business to three trucks on the road consistently providing 5 star service to all customers.
I credit my family, friends, and Trade Wins for support and encouragement through the highs and lows of business ownership

Lake Of The Ozarks
Summer getaway or business event? Why can’t it be both? It was, and it was great. Despite the rain we still had a ton of time out on the water with the Trade Wins members. Some learned to wake surf, some learned to wake board, and while they were the rest of us were on the boat sharing ideas, strategies, and learning the ins and outs of each other's businesses. Keith Gause who spoke to us in the evenings was along for the ride and shared a wealth of knowledge during the times out on the water and even in the pools at the local watering holes. He spoke not just about finance but about the why, why we do it, why we risk it, and why certain things hold us back. We all worked on how to break down our own walls and be able to move forward with our businesses. Between the fishing, the boating, and the beers a great wealth of knowledge was shared and gained, honestly one of the most in depth events we’ve had the privilege to host. Thanks to everyone who was involved!

Las Vegas
Vegas baby! The only thing better than getting somewhere warm in the winter for a few days, is allowing your business to pay for it. The members only event held at Mandalay Bay wasn’t just educational but a lot of fun. David spoke about how to leverage your past to propel you into the future. Mitch spoke about being intentional with the customer experience you want within your company. Doug Mitchell taught on the sales process and sales structure within business. Jacob Stahler shared how to get out of your own way and put systems in place to grow. The best conversations were shared over dinners, drinks, and maybe a few game tables. What happened in Vegas did not stay this time, the relationships built and the knowledge shared will benefit all of us for a long, long time. Thank You to all that were able to make it! This event is probably going to be held every year. It was fantastic!

What a great time in Kansas City for the 1st Trade Wins meet-up. An extremely busy day, 8 speakers sharing an abundance of knowledge in their area of expertise. From how to handle stress, how to handle cash flow so that it works for you, how to get over tough situations, and how to close sales. Some of the best exchange of ideas was had during the breaks and meals. Void listeners and Trade Wins members alike sharing what works for them and what doesn’t. The gathering Friday night was for trade Wins members only and was a great opportunity to really dive into business topics. Mitch and David are extremely humbled by how many people took time out of their busy schedules to be a part of the very 1st event. With 60+ people attending it was a great success! Thank you to everyone that helped make it happen!
