About Ray Heikkila

I began my plumbing career in 2006 with a clear goal, to build something of my own. Growing up, money was tight and it often felt like a race from paycheck to paycheck. I knew early on that I wanted to break that cycle and create a different future.

After putting in ten years of hard work, I became eligible for my first Master Plumber license. In 2017 I took the leap to start my own company and set out with a single truck. At first, my vision was simple. Just stay busy and make a living! But after connecting with other local business owners, I realized the potential to grow something bigger and more impactful.

Like many small businesses, we were hit hard by the 2020 pandemic and our growth was halted. Once the dust finally settled, we came back stronger. As of today, I carry seven master licenses and we’ve grown to five trucks in total, with three running service calls daily. One of my proudest milestones was that my wife was able to leave her full-time job and be able to homeschool our son. Without her constant love and belief in me, none of this would have been possible.

Our next goal is to reach 7–10 trucks on the road every day. Truthfully though, the vision keeps growing and I believe the sky's the limit.
