About Christian Weeks

I started my plumbing career as a junior in high school at sixteen. What began as a way to make some extra money after class turned into a lifelong trade — and eventually, a company that represents everything I’ve learned about leadership, teamwork, and perseverance.

After graduation, I joined the Nebraska Air National Guard and served eight years as a boom operator, refueling aircraft mid-flight. That experience taught me discipline, precision, and how to stay calm under pressure — traits that directly shaped how I lead today. I continued plumbing throughout my time in the Guard, balancing service and work, and developing a deep respect for hard work, precision, and follow-through.

In 2022, a day after returning from my final deployment, I bought a rusted old box truck and started CW Plumbing. It was just me at first — one man and one truck. I worked long days, often seven days a week, learning how to balance the technical work with scheduling, customer service, and everything else that comes with building a business from scratch. A few months later, I brought on my first apprentice. That’s when things started to take shape.

By 2024, we rebranded to Guardian Plumbing — a name that better represents who we are and what we stand for. “Guardian” stands for protection and reliability. Our promise is simple: Castle-Worthy Service. We treat every home and business like it’s our own, because people don’t just call plumbers — they call for help.

Today, we’re running four fully wrapped trucks with four technicians, including myself. We focus on remodels and light commercial service — projects that demand adaptability, coordination, and problem-solving. Remodels rarely go exactly as planned, but that’s where our team shines. Whether it’s a tight timeline, a tricky layout, or something unexpected behind the walls, we’re known for figuring it out when others turn it down. We’re currently focused on growing our residential service side — building long-term relationships with homeowners and becoming the go-to name for quality and reliability in the Omaha area.

Outside of work, I’m blessed to share life with my beautiful wife, Hayley — we’ve been married two years now, and she’s been my biggest supporter through every step of this journey. When I’m not in the field or at the shop, you’ll usually find me bowhunting or staying active outdoors. I love learning and improving in every way I can — whether it’s my faith, business, or personal growth.
